Ginger Tea and Ginger Water:

Ginger root tea or ginger water is a great way to settle an upset stomach or calm down after a long, stressful day. Best of all, using fresh ginger makes it easy to make both of these drinks right in your own kitchen.
Just wash a two-inch chunk of fresh ginger root and slice it very thinly. Add the slices to the hot water and boil for 10–30 minutes, depending on how strong you want it.
Take it off the heat, strain it, throw away the pieces, and add lemon or lime juice to improve the taste. You can drink your drink hot or cold, depending on what you like.

If you drink ginger tea every day, what will happen?

Ginger tea and water are good for you because they relax the body, calm the stomach, and stop nausea. One to three cups a day is generally safe and good for your health.
